Puede encontrar toda la información relevante en la descripción a continuación.Misión: Planificar, coordinar, ejecutar y supervisar los operaciones de instalaciones de los proyectos en curso, garantizando la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento presupuestario.Funciones y responsabilidades:Elaborar y revisar presupuestos de obra / instalaciones.Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la oficina técnica. Cumplir con los políticas del sistema de gestión integral. Coordinar la puesta en marcha de las obras desde el inicio hasta su finalización, controlando el presupuesto con apoyo administrativo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos pactados con el cliente. Participar activamente en la redacción y revisión de proyectos y ofertas, proponiendo mejoras técnicas y validando la viabilidad constructiva. Planificar y ejecutar las obras, coordinando recursos, compras y subcontrataciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de la planificación, la normativa y la calidad, gestionando la comunicación con los todas la partes implicadas. Elaborar y supervisar el cumplimiento de los planes medioambientales y la gestión de residuos en cada proyecto. Incorporar nuevos industriales para completar los equipos de montaje e instalación. Detectar las necesidades del equipo de operaciones en cuanto a personal y medios. Apoyo técnico al departamento comercial, visitas a clientes y en la definición de soluciones. Informar a la Dirección General sobre el avance de los proyectos y realizar el cierre administrativo con los informes pertinentes.Se requiere:Formación: Ingeniería Técnica o Arquitectura Técnica.Competencias: Conocimientos técnicos, logísticos, económicos y de instalaciones. Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Capacidad para maximizar la eficiencia en la ejecución de proyectos.Experiencia: Mínima 3-5 años como Responsable de Obras-Instalaciones, Proyectos.Idiomas: Catalán-Español (dominio), Inglés (medio).IT: Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.Se ofrece:Incorporación inmediata.Contrato indefinido.Horario. 8:30 – 17’30h. lunes-jueves, viernes hasta las 14:30h.Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.Salario acorde al perfil y experiencia aportada. xcskxlj Formación continua, posibilidades de desarrollo profesional.
