Annapurna has partnered with a European scale-up who provide a platform for the travel industry. They're at the beginning of a tech transformation and looking for a Senior Python Backend Engineer to join their team. You'll be a self-starter, confident with a scale-up environment that provides some process and guidance but not the structure of a corporate. Working on their platform building future foundations, you'll be responsible for scaling backend systems. Job requirements 5+ years in developing and maintaining backend services in production environments Experienced in Python and associated frameworks including FastAPI, Flask or Django React API integrations, bonus points for REST Experienced in Cloud Platforms, ideally AWS and CI/CD familiarity What they offer See a clear impact of your hands-on technical work Build and own solutions, without the burden of maintaining legacy code build it and own it without legacy code to maintain Technical challenges with B2B & B2C requirements Hybrid work environment Progression to leadership (either technical or management)
