Talent Acquisition Specialist

Copyright Clearance Center is seeking an innovative, hands-on, and customer focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will recruit international positions providing a full resourcing service including sourcing and recruitment cycle management and support the wider HR Team. You will ensure that candidates are recruited efficiently and cost-effectively to meet the ongoing needs of the business.What you will be doing- Provide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best talent to CCC - Partner with business stakeholders and HR team to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring process - Manage the recruitment process, in conjunction with HR team, from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience - Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines of high-caliber candidates - Ensure data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to fill, and cost per hire. - Communicate effectively and partner with other HR colleagues, ensuring collective objectives are achieved - May participate in other work as part of the wider HR Team, as neededRequirements- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting role in a matrix global corporate organization. - Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders - Demonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing excellent candidate experience - Experience using recruitment ATS; ADP a plus - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent English (C1 or equivalent) - Results-focused, highly adaptable, and flexible - Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search toolsA pioneer in voluntary collective licensing, CCC is a leading information solutions provider to organizations around the world.
