En nuestra oficina de Barcelona, buscamos a un/a Ingeniero/a Senior de Planificación para realizar las siguientes tareas:


  • Asesorar a la Dirección de Proyectos y/o Propuestas.
  • Desarrollar cronograma conforme a la estrategia de ejecución seleccionada.
  • Delimitar y optimizar los recursos necesarios.
  • Definir para la gerencia, el gerente de propuesta y el departamento de estimación una duración del contrato realista y factible para su ejecución.
  • Implementar el sistema de Planificación y Programación (métodos, procedimientos, cronogramas, progreso físico, cuadros de mando, etc.).
  • Precisar las estructuras de desglose del proyecto.
  • Planificar para asegurar los frentes de trabajo en obra, mitigando riesgos y reduciendo costos.
  • Obtener la aprobación del cliente del progreso reclamado o el logro de hitos para permitir la facturación.
  • Monitorear el estado del proyecto, detectar cualquier retraso y proponer acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
  • Gestionar operativamente el equipo de planificación del proyecto (2-4 personas).
  • Estimar el retraso relacionado con cambios y reclamaciones y preparar el análisis de Extensión de Tiempo, en caso de retraso debido al cliente.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación y lecciones aprendidas para mejorar los métodos de planificación y programación y proporcionar información a las estadísticas del departamento de planificación.



Requisitos:

  • Grado de Ingeniería finalizados.
  • Mínimo 6 años en planificación de Ingeniería sector Oil and Gas.
  • Inglés y Español Mínimo B2 hablado y escrito, Valorable Francés.
  • Imprescindible conocimiento de Primavera P6, Excel y Valorable conocimientos de Power BI.
