Senior Platform/Dev Ops Engineer | AWS | Kubernetes | Terraform | Madrid (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling Fin Tech on a mission to build a world-class global platform — and they’re investing heavily in the infrastructure that powers it.
As a Platform / Dev Ops Engineer , you’ll help design, build, and run the systems behind products used by millions of customers worldwide . Architect, build, and operate distributed systems in AWS .
Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters at scale.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform .
Write clean, production-ready code (Python preferred, but language-flexible).
Drive improvements in monitoring , observability , and incident response .
Deep, hands-on experience with AWS .
Proven track record managing Kubernetes in production.
Strong coding skills — ideally Python , but open to others.
Solid experience using Terraform for large-scale Ia C.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment — scaling globally, modernising infrastructure, and building the foundation for the company’s next stage of growth.
Expect autonomy, real influence, and the chance to work with engineers who value clean systems, automation, and impact over red tape .
