PERFIL REQUERIDO – RESUMEN EJECUTIVO
Buscamos un Arquitecto Técnico Certificado por Service Now (CTA) con experiencia sólida en la plataforma y un historial de implementaciones complejas en grandes clientes. Debe ser un líder técnico con capacidad de interlocución directa con diferentes áreas de negocio y proveedores, cuyo rol principal será garantizar la integridad, las mejores prácticas y la evolución tecnológica de la plataforma Service Now.
HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS Y CONOCIMIENTOS OBLIGATORIOS
• Certificación: Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – IMPRESCINDIBLE.
• Módulos de Service Now: Conocimiento extenso y experiencia práctica en, al menos: ITSM, SPM, Legal Service Delivery, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC y WSD.
• Plataforma: Conocimiento profundo de las capacidades, novedades y mejores prácticas de la plataforma Service Now.
• Gobierno y Administración: Experiencia en gestión de instancias, upgrades, seguridad, integraciones (REST/SOAP, MID Server), y performance.
Habilidades Blandas: Liderazgo, comunicación clara, gestión de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, organización y orientación al cliente interno
