We are Impress.Compruebe a continuación si tiene lo necesario para esta oportunidad y, si es así, envíe su solicitud lo antes posible.We believe everyone deserves a smile they’ll love.We are the largest chain of ortho clinics with fully digital processes in Europe.We haverevolutionised the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals specialised in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.Our business model, a true combination of medical expertise and digitalisation has been recognised in the top fastest-growing HealthTech companies by Forbes and we are currently listed as a LinkedIn Top 0 start-upBorn in Barcelona in 2019, in just 3 years, we’ve grown to pioneer leading care, flagship clinics andstate-of-the-art tech across 9 countries and more than 100 locations and we are expanding fast Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.Responsibilities:Create the treatment plans for the patients, accordingly with the analysis and instructions from the doctor.Design dental treatments from 3D scanned images, being able to define trim lines, process initial 3D models and perform segmentation.Review different dental treatment plans ensuring Impress standards are met.Comply with Impress’ quality standards and clinical protocols at all times accordingly with our best practices.Provide support to teams who are in direct contact with patients in order to improve patients’ satisfaction.Pay attention to detail and know how to read Orthodontist prescriptions, understand clinical observations and read X-Rays.Update and complete the cases assigned such as complaint follow-ups, reassigned cases, and any cases that requires special assistance or attention.Efficiency and quality KPI targets needs to be met in order to provide the best experience to our patients.Use CRM correctly to change case ticket statuses and manage patient relationship effectively.What you need to be successful:University Degree or recognized certificate related with the Dental health field.+1 year of experience in a similar position.Professional level of English.Self-discipline and motivation to learn.Commitment and goal orientation.Experience with dental designing software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team spirit and a proactive attitude.What we offer:Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture. xcskxlj International and diverse teams.
