Rol Buscamos un Técnico de asistencia, SAT para importante fabricante de maquinaria en el sector agroalimentario.Descripción del rol:Buscamos un Field Service Engineer/Technician , con movilidad geográfica en Zona Noroeste.(Castilla y León, Asturias). Salidas e intervenciones de puesta en marcha/instalación, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, reparaciones, de los instrumentos y equipos, (in situ y remotos). Seguimiento de los presupuestos de reparación y/o de las reparaciones efectuadas. Diagnósticos de incidencias, reportando diariamente la actividad mediante el CRM Salesforce. Comunicación directa con cliente, compañeros de red de ventas y equipo de soporte, para velar por la calidad de servicio. Colaborando estrechamente con ventas, logística e ingeniería. Participar en jornadas formativas a clientes (in situ o remoto). Planificar, implementar y realizar seguimiento de las actualizaciones de instrumentos y equipos. Soporte en las campañas telemáticas puntuales previas a vendimia, cosecha.Perfil buscado (H/M/D): Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial, Mantenimiento Electrónico o Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica o Electrónica Industrial. Experiencia (mínimo 2 años) como técnico de servicio de departamento técnico/SAT con equipos/maquinaria de análisis y/o en el área industrial/fabricación. Dominio de los idiomas capacidad para comunicarse en inglés hablado y escrito: imprescindible mínimo B2 (intermedio avanzado). Buenos conocimientos en informática general: Sistema operativo Windows, paquete MS Office 365 (Onedrive, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc), copias de seguridad, bases de datos, redes. Capacidad de resolución de problemas. Capacidad de manejo de aplicaciones de diagnóstico de equipos/maquinaria. Capacidad para autogestionar las actividades y responsabilidades diarias. Persona proactiva, organizada, resolutiva y con vocación de servicio.
