Si prosperas en entornos dinámicos, disfrutas resolviendo retos técnicos y quieres trabajar en proyectos que importan, nos encantaría conocerteSobre el puesto Buscamos unIngeniero de Software especializado en Gestión de Lanzamientospara unirse a nuestro equipo de Gestión de Lanzamientos Digitales, responsable de orquestar y desplegar la plataforma de eCommerce para uno de nuestros clientes clave en España. Tendrás un papel fundamental en la alineación de entornos, validación de código y coordinación entre múltiples ramas de entrega y equipos. Este puesto requiere sólidas habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para manejar situaciones técnicas complejas.Responsabilidades clave Gestionar y alinear entornos para actividades de lanzamiento. Validar código y coordinar ramas de entrega. Orquestar despliegues entre múltiples equipos. Mantener y actualizar tableros en JIRA y actividades relacionadas. Participar en soporte bajo demanda y actividades ocasionales fuera del horario laboral. Después de 3–6 meses, podrías colaborar en despliegues nocturnos (inicialmente en modo sombra). Participación opcional en rotación de guardias (máx. 1 semana/mes) tras la incorporación.Habilidades técnicas GitHub– Avanzado Kubernetes– Avanzado Oracle SQL– Intermedio a Avanzado Java– Intermedio Linux– Intermedio AWS– Intermedio (mínimo nivel Practitioner; certificaciones son un plus) JIRA– Conocimientos básicos (deseable)Habilidades blandas Gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo con actitud proactiva y resolutiva. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con múltiples interlocutores. Capacidad para priorizar tareas de manera efectiva. Disposición para aprender y adaptarse al ecosistema existente.Certificaciones ~ Las certificaciones de AWS son altamente valoradas.Experiencia ~ Mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar.Proceso de entrevista # Revisión de CV y entrevista inicial con el equipo de Adquisición de Talento. # Entrevista técnica con el equipo de cuenta de Coforge. # Entrevista técnica con el líder técnico del cliente.Detalles adicionales Horario laboral:Horario estándar de oficina en Madrid. Idiomas:Español (nativo), Inglés (nivel medio-alto, preferible lectura y escritura). Ubicación:Preferiblemente Madrid o alrededores.
