Job SummaryAt TechDelivery, we are looking for an AI Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in designing complex solutions, solid knowledge of software architecture, and advanced expertise in GitHub Copilot. The main mission will be to support 50 Technical Leads in adopting specific processes within Azure DevOps environments, ensuring the correct implementation of pipelines, testing procedures, and automation tasks. Experience5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer designing and implementing complex software solutions. Proven track record in applying software architecture patterns and SOLID principles. Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot extensively in real-world projects. Experience in Azure DevOps environments, with strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes. Previous involvement in coaching or mentoring Technical Leads/engineering teams. Job ResponsibilitiesGuide and support 50 Technical Leads in implementing defined processes within Azure DevOps environments. Organize and conduct one-to-one meetings with Technical Leads. Provide clear instructions on how to collect and present evidence of task completion. Schedule follow-up sessions with each Technical Lead to validate progress.
