Operations Director – Pharma ManufacturingOwn end-to-end Production and Packaging at a fast-growing pharmaceutical site in expansion mode. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scale and complexity: new lines, automation, digitalisation, and preparation for increased FDA-regulated business.You will lead multi-technology operations (sterile liquids, solids, high-containment), run a sizeable budget, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Projects to raise performance, modernise the site, and support long-term growth.What makes this role stand outFull accountability for Production & Packaging at site levelMajor capex, automation, and digital transformation projectsStrong mandate to drive operational excellence and culture changeClear focus on FDA readiness and inspection standardsHigh visibility with senior leadership and international clientsWhat we’re looking forSenior pharma operations leader with strong shop-floor credibilitySterile manufacturing experience ideal, but not essentialProven track record in change management and scaling operationsExposure to automation, digitalisation, or major site projectsSolid GMP background; FDA experience a strong advantageFluent Spanish and strong EnglishBased in Spain or deeply embedded in the Spanish pharma landscape**This is not a maintenance role. It suits someone who enjoys building, fixing, and scaling complex operations in a regulated, high-expectation environment.**
