For the right candidate, partnership opportunities are also availableResponsibilities Include: Initiating contact and conducting needs analysis Meeting with customers planning to buy property in Spain Building long-term customer relationships Showing properties and neighborhoods Supporting customers with housing-related inquiries About UsSvensk Fastighetsförmedling established its presence in Spain in 2020 and has since opened multiple offices along the coast. In Fuengirola, you'll work alongside an experienced team dedicated to providing customer-centric services. You'll be part of a larger organization equipped with smart tools to optimize your work efficiency, allowing you to focus more on what you do best – selling propertiesAbout YouTo excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.Requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory) Spanish language skills are meritorious Residence in Fuengirola or the surrounding areas with good local knowledge Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage Driver's license and good driving skills High digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.
