We’re looking for a fully remote Creative Production Manager with a strong background in Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team and make waves with groundbreaking ideas and strategies.Key Responsibilities- Trendsetting Production: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and even creating trends that can be leveraged for viral, high-performance campaigns. - Client Collaboration: Understand brand identities, distill their core USPs, and translate them into creative solutions that address customer pain points. - Team Work: Communicate ideas effectively across internal teams and collaborate closely with creatives, media buyers, and clients. - Performance Data Analysis: Understand CTR, Hook Rate, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc. Communicate hypothesis clearly and proactively develop iterations to boost performance. - Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all creative deliverables, aiming to achieve 0 client feedback rounds required for improvement after final creative is shared. - Persuasive Influence: Convince stakeholders, clients, and collaborators to adopt bold ideas and rally behind unconventional strategies.Required Experience & SkillsHard Skills- Paid Social Expertise: Proven track record of developing performance-focused creative strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other key platforms. - Trend Analysis & Production: Skilled at leveraging data and intuition to spot trends, adapt to them quickly, and create buzz-worthy content. - English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus. - Experience in large scale creative production management (not TV / film / photoshooting, etc. but rather memes, UGC, AIGC etc) - Bachelor or higher in Design related studiesSoft Skills- Unconventional Thinker: You approach challenges with originality, daring ideas, and out-of-the-box thinking. - Highly Communicative: Comfortable sharing ideas, leading discussions, and working collaboratively across teams. - Exceptionally Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining structured workflows, delivering precise, high-quality work, and never missing the details that drive campaign success. - Outgoing & Persuasive: A natural extrovert who can energize people, convince stakeholders, and build rapport effortlessly. - Empathetic Problem Solver: Able to connect with clients, understand their goals and challenges, and deliver tailored solutions. - Adaptable & Resilient: Thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and continually seek ways to innovate and improve.Bonus Points we value a lot- You have your own public channel or online presence with strong engagement in any niche (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). - You’ve successfully created or managed large scale campaigns in the past. - Passionate about storytelling, visual design, or influencer marketing.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge campaigns with ambitious clients. - A collaborative, forward-thinking team that celebrates big ideas and bold risks. - Fixed salary and performance-based incentives. - 23 vacation days & 14 public holidays, all paid. - Flexibility: Fully remote and adaptable work schedules.
