En Esbrina buscamos incorporar 2 perfiles de CRM Applications Software Engineer para colaborar con un cliente líder del sector fashion retail, que está evolucionando su ecosistema de datos de cliente para dar servicio a millones de usuarios en decenas de países e idiomas.El proyecto tiene un alto impacto en CRM, Loyalty, Customer Analytics y Customer Experience, y está enfocado a la integración segura y eficiente de plataformas, con los más altos estándares de rendimiento y privacidad de datos.📍 Ubicación: Barcelona y alrededores🏢 Modelo: 50% presencial / 50% remoto🌍 Posibilidad 100% remoto para perfiles muy high🎯 Tu misiónDesarrollar nuevas capacidades dentro del ecosistema de datos de cliente que permitan:Mejorar el intercambio de información entre plataformas.Garantizar seguridad, privacidad y cumplimiento en el tratamiento de datos de cliente.Aportar soluciones escalables que maximicen el valor de negocio y los KPIs de cliente.🛠️ Tu rolDiseñar y desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades backend en Node.js / TypeScript.Desplegar soluciones en entornos SaaS cloud (principalmente Heroku, aunque se valoran AWS, GCP o Azure).Integrar de forma eficiente y segura plataformas de datos de cliente mediante APIs y microservicios.Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos (Data Engineering, Integraciones, Producto Digital, etc.).Dar soporte tecnológico a los equipos de CRM, Loyalty, Customer Experience y Customer Analytics, analizando necesidades e implementando soluciones escalables.👤 Qué buscamosAl menos 4 años de experiencia como Software Engineer.Experiencia sólida en:Desarrollo backend con Node.js y TypeScript.Arquitecturas de microservicios.Integración y consumo de APIs.Aplicación de medidas de seguridad y privacidad en APIs.Mentalidad orientada al usuario final y a la entrega de valor.Experiencia en entornos cloud (Heroku, AWS, GCP o Azure).Conocimientos en: Observabilidad y monitoring, Testing, Pipelines de CI/CD.Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.Persona organizada, proactiva, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y orientación a cliente.⭐ Nice to haveNivel alto de inglés.Experiencia en arquitecturas distribuidas.Uso habitual de asistentes de desarrollo basados en IA (p. ej.
