We're looking for a Service Now HRSD Technical Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and evolution of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and evolution of HRSD solutions. Serve as the technical authority for HRSD initiatives. Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs. Mentor and guide Service Now engineers. Contribute to platform architecture and governance. Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.Requirements:3+ years hands-on Service Now HRSD experience or 5+ years overall Service Now experience. Strong technical background (Developer or Architect). Experience guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions. Agile delivery experience. Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus. Service Now certifications a plus. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.What We Offer:Hybrid work in Barcelona.
