Head Web Developer

OverviewAt The Roadmap, we’ve helped over 300 Irish businesses grow fast, and now we’re expanding into the UK, Spain, and beyond. As our team grows, we’re looking for a skilled, experienced, and highly reliable Senior Web Developer to join our core website delivery team. This is a hybrid freelance role based in Madrid, with 2 days per week in our central Madrid office, and the rest remote. If it’s a great fit, there’s a clear pathway to move into a full-time role with more responsibility and leadership opportunity over time. You’ll work on a wide range of websites, mostly WordPress and Shopify, helping bring technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and long-term thinking to every project.
