We are seeking an individual or couple with a passion for business innovation and property management to oversee the transformation of a luxurious villa and extensive estate in Ibiza into a thriving retreat and farm business. This is a unique opportunity to shape a project from scratch, turning our villa and farm concept into a top-tier destination.

Location: Sant Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza

Accommodation: Live in one of our luxurious suites on the estate

Estate Size: 82,000 m² farm with a historic vineyard (1 hectare), multiple buildings, swimming pool, finca, guest house, and two suites

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the financial side and estate with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to create a successful retreat and farm business
  • Manage branding, marketing, bookings, and the strategic planning of the estate’s farm and guest experience
  • Develop the property’s profitability through innovative ideas like workshops, exclusive events, tastings, and private dining experiences
  • Drive the transformation of the farm’s land to produce sustainable goods for sale, while planning events that highlight the estate’s unique offerings
  • Oversee the property’s operations, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards year-round for guests
  • Work closely with the company to organize team-building activities, events, and exclusive stays
