This role offers the chance to influence architecture, elevate code quality, and grow as a technical leader in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin.Collaborate with cross-functional vertical teams (Backend, iOS, Product) to define, design, and ship new features.Implement UI components for an internal design system, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.Refactor legacy code to align with modern Android architecture guidelines (MVVM/MVI).Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.MUST HAVESBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of professional experience in Android development.Expert proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK.Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and modern UI toolkits.Experience consuming RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.Deep understanding of Android architecture components (ViewModel, LiveData, Flow).Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt).Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVESExperience contributing to or building Design Systems.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Bitrise, CircleCI, or similar).Experience interacting with GraphQL APIs.PERKS AND BENEFITSProfessional growth:Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.Competitive compensation:USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.Exciting projects:Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.Flextime:Flexible schedule with remote and office options.#J-18808-Ljbffr
