We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Let’s get in touchWhat you'll be doingProviding compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in auditsWhat you'll needA minimum of 8 years’ experience in regulatory compliance Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
