Entonces esta es tu oportunidadSobre el proyecto:Participarás en la digitalización de procesos clave para la mejora del desempeño en seguridad industrial en un cliente global del sector Oil & Gas. Este proyecto incluye la gestión digital de permisos de trabajo, certificados de aislamiento, barreras de seguridad y gestión del cambio, a través de una herramienta líder en el mercado.Tu rol:Functional Support Specialist (especialista en soporte funcional) con foco en aseguramiento de calidad (QA), formación a usuarios, análisis funcional, documentación y coordinación de implantaciones tecnológicas.Responsabilidades clave:Soporte funcional a usuarios finales (herramienta de ticketing / Service Now).Interlocución con cliente y proveedor para definir y transmitir necesidades del negocio.Diseño y ejecución de test cases (DevOps).Validación funcional (QC) de releases, workflows y resolución de tickets.Generación de documentación formativa y fichas funcionales de cambios solicitados.Soporte en sesiones de UAT guiadas y capacitación a usuarios finales.Participación en reuniones nacionales e internacionales (LATAM, España, USA y Noruega).Gestión de licencias de la herramienta (BowTie).Requisitos:Experiencia previa (mín. 2 años) en atención funcional y soporte a usuarios.Conocimiento en herramientas y plataformas (módulos Control of Work, MoC, Barriers, iDiagrams Manager).Conocimiento de ofimática (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Habilidades para la documentación, validación funcional y formación a usuarios.Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible para interacción internacional).Se valorará experiencia previa en proyectos Oil & Gas o entornos industriales.Ofrecemos:Contrato estable.Modalidad 100 % remota (IMPRESCINDIBLE RESIDENCIA EN ESPAÑA).Participación en un proyecto internacional innovador y de largo plazo.Ambiente colaborativo y soporte continuo.Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar con equipos globales.
