About the Job

Engineers at BXB Digital work on the next generation digital supply chain platform (IoT-enabled supply chain). As a member of a creative, motivated, and talented team, you develop new products that are used by internal and external operations teams.

As a Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of mobile applications that run seamlessly on multiple platforms.

You will work closely with our application and platform development teams, and our UX design team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly apps that provide an outstanding user experience.

The work is challenging, fast-paced, and always changing. You have demonstrated analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and cutting-edge coding skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in mobile app development, specifically using Cordova.
  • Understanding of cross-platform development challenges and solutions.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Cordova that are compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Optimize application performance for a smooth user experience and ensure responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Integrate and customize Cordova plugins to add functionality and features to the mobile apps.
  • Ensure that the apps function seamlessly on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Manage code repositories and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
  • Continuously monitor app performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive code documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality applications on time.

Preferred Education: Bachelors

Preferred Level of Work Experience: 3 - 5 years Hybrid Remote
