Operations ManagerFull-Time | In-Office | Valencia, Spain Salary: €3,000 gross/month + performance bonuses Growth: Fast progression for strong performers who deliver results Sales should sell. Operations should make execution invisible. We're hiring an Operations Manager to own execution across the business, with B2 B operations enablement as the highest-leverage priority. This role exists to remove operational drag from sales and leadership. Once a deal is agreed, execution should be smooth, predictable, and fast without founders or sales chasing statuses, documents, or timelines. If sales or leadership is involved in day-to-day operational follow-ups, the system is broken. Your job is to fix the system. What You'll Own (Ordered by Impact) B2 B Operations Enablement (Primary Focus)Take full ownership of execution once a B2 B deal is agreed Ensure orders move from confirmation to delivery smoothly and on time Manage stock allocation, warehouse coordination, and shipping timelines Handle all post-deal operational questions so sales can focus on closing Make B2 B execution predictable, fast, and boringLogistics & Inventory ManagementManage inventory across multiple warehouses and markets Prevent stockouts, over-allocation, and delivery delays Enforce production and factory timelines Coordinate replenishments and transfers when requiredDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain an always-ready library of B2 B documentation by market Track certifications, test reports, and compliance requirements across countries Anticipate documentation needs instead of reacting to requestsDTC & Fulfilment OperationsMonitor 3 PL performance and resolve delays Ensure DTC orders ship on time Audit logistics invoices and flag discrepanciesProcess & SystemsBuild SOPs and dashboards for core operational flows Identify recurring issues and eliminate them permanentlyWhat We're Looking For Mid-level experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain Fluent English, written and spoken Strong ownership mentality and self-direction Highly process-oriented and structured Comfortable pushing suppliers, warehouses, and partners Able to operate without constant instructionsThis Role Is Not for You If You're looking for a purely administrative or support role You need tasks to be assigned to you You prefer slow or low-accountability environmentsWhat We Offer €3,000 gross/month base salary Performance-based bonuses tied to clear KPIs Fast growth and increased responsibility for strong performers High ownership and visibility across the business International environment with daily English usageThis is a demanding, hands-on role with real impact on how the company scales.
