Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX).www.medmix.swissWe are looking for a Sustainability Specialist / ESG Specialist, who will work at our factory close to Valencia Airport (VLC) on global sustainability topics and closely with our Global Sustainability Lead. As part of the Group Sustainability Team you inspire and empower excellence in sustainability to achieve the established objectives, as well as to help craft the future sustainability roadmap. Drive implementation across all parts of the company to realize the goals and create employee-pride in the accomplishments.Job DescriptionWork closely with the Global Sustainability Lead in day-to-day operations and support any ad-hoc projectsSupport and provide guidance with practical experience of the sustainability reporting requirements and frameworksPerform ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) data consolidation and control, taking advantage of latest AI toolsDevelop communication and training material for internal and external audiencesComplete external stakeholder assessmentsEnsure that climate and water scenarios are up to date as an ongoing processQualificationsBachelor Degree or higher, in a subject related to SustainabilityDemonstrated first experience in manufacturing and circular economy environment, working with or leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsGood knowledge of various sustainability regulationsTranslated policies and standards into practical action plansAbility to communicate effectively with different organizational levelsFamiliarity with Science Based Targets initiative, CDP, EcoVadis, and other assessment and ratings agenciesGood experience with Microsoft Office softwareFluent in English language, Spanish language is an advantagemedmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.
