Presales Consultant – Supply Chain & Transport Management (TMS)We are looking for a Presales Consultant for a client in tech specialized inTransport Management Systems (TMS)andSupply Chain digital solutions, working withshippersin manufacturing and retail across international and multi-country environments. We support our customers throughout their digital transformation journey, helping them optimize transportation, supplier relationships, and end-to-end supply chain processes through innovative software solutions.The Role We are looking for aPresales Consultantwith a strongconsultative mindsetto manage the entire presale journey, working closely with the Sales team and acting as a trusted advisor for customers. You will be responsible for deeply understanding customer challenges, guiding them through solution design and demonstrating how ourTMS softwarecan address their real business needs.What You Will Do Own thefull presales cycle, from early customer engagement to pre-contract handover Work alongside Sales, who manage the commercial relationship, while you leadsolution analysis and demos Act as a reference point for multinational customers throughout the presales process and propose solutions based on adeep understanding of customerneeds and company's software capabilities Deliverproduct demos, workshops and functional presentations Travelto customer sites when requiredWhat We’re Looking For Fluent or nativeSpanish FluentEnglish A customer-focused, consultative approach Strong knowledge ofSupply Chainprocesses, ideally inmanufacturing or retail Solid experience withTransport ManagementandTMS solutions Background inPresales, Solution Consulting, or Business Consultingwithin software/technology companies Good understanding of business processes and enterprise software Good knowledge ofProject Managementprinciples Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsNice to Have Exposure tointernational or multinational customersWhat We Offer A dynamic and growing international environment Direct exposure to complex customer scenarios The opportunity to have real impact across the full presales lifecycle Competitive compensation based on experience and seniority Freelancer role
