Gestión de equipos y proyectos con objetivos de margen cumplidos. Conocimientos sólidos en gestión contractual, financiera y técnica. Experiencia en procesos de licitación (end-to-end). Liderazgo y capacidad para motivar equipos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Nivel alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas).¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?Definir la estrategia y plan de gestión del proyecto. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y asegurar la calidad de los entregables. Gestionar la relación con el cliente, anticipando necesidades y proponiendo soluciones. Controlar el cumplimiento contractual y financiero del proyecto. Analizar riesgos, oportunidades y tendencias para optimizar resultados.¿Quiénes somos?
