At Orbital Paradigm, we develop autonomous reentry capsules for routine, fast-return transport from orbit, supporting in-space manufacturing, science, and logistics.We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, to work directly with the co-founders on strategic and operational priorities across all areas of the company. This is a broad, hands-on role that provides exposure to fundraising, business development, operations, and project management.What you will doSupport the CEO in day-to-day priorities and cross-team coordination.Conduct research to inform strategy, fundraising, and partnerships.Prepare presentations, reports, and investor materials.Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.Contribute to process improvements and internal organization.Support the organization of the company’s funding round, including investor outreach, documentation, and data room preparation.What we are looking forStrong analytical and organizational skills.Proactive, adaptable, and able to switch quickly between topics.Interest in startups, business strategy, and technology (space sector is a plus).Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Basic knowledge and understanding of venture capitalWhat you will learnDirect exposure to the challenges of building and scaling a startup.Hands-on experience across strategy, operations, and business development.Mentorship and close collaboration with the founders.First-hand learning about venture capital, fundraising processes, and investor relations.Ideal experienceFamiliarity with of ceramic casting and powder/fiber processing techniquesKnowledge of glass formulation or synthesisUp to 2 years in a similar role or research projectMechanical or thermal characterization of material propertiesExperience in space-related materials or thermal protection systemsWhat We OfferLocation: Madrid, SpainRemote: Hybrid (+ 2 fully remote weeks/year)Be part of a fast-growing space startup with real responsibilities.30 vacation days (23 flexible, +7 during holidays).
