The Group is established in more than 100 countries and has nearly 40.000 employees worldwide.We are looking for a Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), on a permanent contract.The Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant provides assistance to the Commercial department in all Sales deliveries and control of stocks.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Daily Sales Posting.Inventory Management: helping with inventory management and supply ordering.Assist the Coordinator during the monthly closing.Review and control customers billing issues.Review transport and warehouses invoices.Be responsible on invoicing accuracy prices and quantities.Communication: communicating with various departments and external parties.Skills required:Minimum 1-year overall experience in logistic/administrative department.Proficiency in Excel.Fluent in written and spoken English.Organizational maturity and effectiveness.Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.Results orientated with a positive approach.Ability to deal with change.Excellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers.
