The role:

They are looking for fantastic salespeople to join their ever-expanding team.
What You'll Do:
- Cold call potential independent retailers.
- Show them the benefits of a business partnership with the company.
- Identify key decision-makers and quickly build strong relationships with them.
- Understand their needs and close sales on the B2B offer.
About You:
- You have tons of charisma, catching people’s attention and engaging them in conversation with ease.
- Love meeting and beating targets.
- You embrace rejection and bounce back quickly—always pushing forward.
- You are a natural salesperson who can change people's minds.
- Have a third level qualification ie Degree etc..
What We Offer:
- Salary: €39,200 OTE (with a basic of €35,000 + uncapped commission)
- Holidays: 37 days, including public holidays, with an option to earn more.
- Company Pension: 4% of your salary.
- Profit Share Bonus: Subject to meeting profit targets.

- Employee Discounts: Between 25% and 50% on products
- World-class induction and ongoing training to set you up for success.
The Job:
- Language Requirement: Fluency in German plus a business level of English is essential.
- Location: Full-time, office-based role in our Barcelona office, with relocation support offered.
