We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist with at least 5 years of experience responsible for designing and running manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and validating fixes to safeguard functionality, usability, and performance—particularly within regulated environments such as financial services. Working closely with development and business teams, the role supports continuous improvement of quality standards and contributes to faster, more confident releases. High english level is required. Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements and system changes. Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting. Participate in requirement reviews and design walkthroughs to provide early quality feedback and ensure testability and clarity of specifications. Support test automation efforts by creating and maintaining reusable test scripts, particularly within the ServiceNow environment using ATF, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Mandatory requirements: Minimum of +5 years’ experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused specifically on business applications (ITSM, ERP, CRM systems etc.). Some knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray Formal certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB Basic Level) Familiarity with testing non-functional aspects including performance, security, and usability in context of enterprise applications. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
