Cloud Automation Expert

The Customer Efficiency and Intelligent Automation team in the Private Cloud Customer Center at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) focuses on continuous enrichment of customer interactions through managing information channels and platforms, on-line environments, digital assets, governance and guidelines for customer engagement channels and communication approaches. A key responsibility is pro-actively monitoring execution of automated processes to identify and remediate exceptions, and update the related tools.Max Characters 1250Experience / Role RequirementsMin. 3-5 years hands-on experience with business process automation using e.g. Signavio, SAP Conversational AI, SAP iRPA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
