Contract Opportunity - Remote/Hybrid - SpainWe are looking for an experienced consultant to engage directly with end customers on SAP PC3 ECS environments.This role is critical in driving customer delivery timelines, managing vendors and escalations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to timelines Own and manage customer escalations, working proactively with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate multiple teams to drive a common delivery objective Oversee SAP landscape operations, upgrades, migrations, and cloud infrastructure activities Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers in complex SAP environmentsMust-Have Skills Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications Hands-on experience in: SAP Basis administration and operations SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud-based SAP solutions Infrastructure operations including networks, interfaces, and load balancers (TLO) End-to-end technical troubleshooting and solution design SAP migrations (On-Premise to Cloud, Cross-Cloud, Cross-Data Centre)Good to Have Cloud architecture and IT infrastructure knowledge Certification or fundamentals in Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience with S/4HANA Cloud migrations and upgrade projects Knowledge of Project Management, ITIL, or Lean fundamentalsIf this opportunity aligns with your experience,please confirm your interest, and we’ll be happy to discuss the next steps.
