Colaboramos con grandes compañías en sectores como farmacéutico, químico, alimentario y automoción, ofreciendo soporte estratégico y operativo en planificación y cadena de suministro.¿A quién buscamos?Buscamos profesionales con experiencia enDemand Planning,MRP, Production Planningy visión analítica, que hayan trabajado en entornos corporativos exigentes y que se sientan cómodos en proyectos de transformación y mejora continua con disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual.¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás?Gestionar y optimizar procesos de planificación de demanda, producción y materiales (MRP) en SAP y otras APS. Asegurar la calidad de entregables y cumplimiento de objetivos en proyectos de Supply Chain. Liderar o participar en sesiones de formación y workshops. Analizar master data y reporting para identificar gaps y oportunidades de mejora. Apoyar la transición de procesos basados en Excel hacia soluciones integradas en SAP. Colaborar con áreas clave como Supply, Producción, Marketing y Finanzas para asegurar la alineación de la planificación.¿Qué valoramos?Experiencia previa como Supply Planner o Demand Planner en grandes empresas o entornos multinacionales (mínimo 1-2 años). Conocimiento y participación activa en procesos de planificación y MRP, incluyendo configuraciones de SAP, IBP o soluciones APS. Experiencia como usuario avanzado o key user en herramientas de planificación como SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, OMP u otras. Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito (entorno de trabajo internacional). Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Economía o similar. Capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y habilidades de comunicación transversal. Experiencia en sectores regulados (farma, química) o de gran consumo será un plus.¿Qué ofrecemos?Modalidad de trabajo híbrida y flexible.
