As PA/QA Engineer, you will drive rigorous product assurance for an ESA astrophysics mission, while contributing to other advanced Satlantis developments.What’s in it for you? You will implement and maintain ESA-aligned PA processes, manage risks, and foster a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary teams.Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining PA processes in line with ESA ECSS standards Identifying and mitigating risks to product quality and reliability Overseeing supplier and subcontractor quality compliance Managing non-conformance reports, driving corrective and preventive actions Preparing and maintaining quality documentation and reports Representing PA in project reviews (NRB, IRR, TRR, PTR) Leading internal audits and supporting ESA auditsWhat will set you up for success? Experience in product or quality assurance for space systems Familiarity with ESA ECSS requirements and quality standards Analytical mindset and attention to detail to guarantee mission-critical reliability Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude Ability to communicate clearly in an international, multidisciplinary environment Fluency in English; Spanish at negotiation level is a plusReady to make an impact on the next generation of astrophysics missions?
