The Bid Technical Leader is accountable for:The customer relationship to promote SAFT solutions and to explain SAFT solutions during the tender phase.The choice and the validation of the ESS technical solution.The coordination of the effort to prepare the technical offer and the quotation of the technical packages.The preparation of the return of experience (lessons learnt) and work with the central team for continuous improvement of the technical solution and documentation.Your missions :Pilot the studies for functional design of the BESS and physical productlooking for the best compromise for the project.Negotiate or promote the product interfaces, its requirements, and theassociated validation with the customer to find the best compromise withregard SAFT solutions.Review supplier quotations and options as well as SAFT battery configurationEnsure the application of the design rules, best practices, and process.Manage and coordinate the Engineering effort to build the proposal (Clauseto-Clause, sizing, deliverables)Pilot the internal technical meetings (System, mechanics, Electrotechnics,electrical, electronics, software...).Plan and coordinate the activities and resources depending on the maturity ofthe tenders, the resources, and the need of anticipation.Pilot the technical meetings with the customer.Lead the risk & opportunities reviews.Lead the costing of the technical package.Capitalize the return of experience (lessons learnt) and share with theengineering department.Your profile :Experience in engineering product deliveryAt least 8-year experience in technical development and project leadEngineering degree or equivalentMultidisciplinary technical knowledge (System, Mechanical, Electrical,Electronical, Software…)Good knowledge of the key product (batteries, PCS, PMS) required.English, Office (including MS project).
