Your mission will be to lead the design department (Systems, Level, UI/UX) and cooperate with your close product/engineering/art/production peers to define long‑term game goals, draft a strategy and follow up the execution.What we’re looking forStrong team fit: results‑oriented, pragmatic, analytical, humble, ambitious and people‑centricProduct Strategy: cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmapGame Execution: raise standards, leading by exampleManagement: unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design).
