The opportunityAs anR&D Project Manager – Power Electronics, you will be responsible for leading complex product development projects from concept to industrialization. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative power electronics solutions, aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and time-to-market expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical excellence, foster collaboration across disciplines, and contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D ways of working.How you’ll make an impact Lead cross-functional R&D project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control & Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with Product Owners and Program Management. Drive the development of multiple product roadmap items together with the R&D technical teams and key stakeholders. Define project scope, budget, planning, and milestones across different R&D initiatives. Ensure transparent and efficient backlog implementation, guaranteeing quality, timing, and successful releases. Develop accurate, comprehensive, and regular project reporting, including stakeholder communication. Collect, clarify, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Manage risks, opportunities, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. Set up and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers. Support the roll-out of releases to supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, ensuring smooth handover to operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D processes, promoting lean and agile ways of working. Ensure compliance with applicable internal procedures, quality standards, and external regulations.Your background University degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar. At least 3years of experiencein technical project management, covering full product lifecycle development (R&D, specifications, concept, design, testing, validation, qualification, and industrialization). Proven experience managing product development projects in a multisite and global environment. Good knowledge of Agile/Lean frameworks such as Scrum or stage-gate methodologies. Experience withPower Electronics productsis a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to perform under pressure. High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and accountability.
