This role combines high-level conceptual thinking with hands‑on design leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver powerful and inspiring visual experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Execution: Lead a project from start to finish, use initiative and work autonomously ensuring work aligns with strategic thinking that creates outcomes relevant for the brief, audience and client.Creative Thinking: Take a lead in the development and prototyping of brand identity concepts, campaigns and other mediums.Client Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships and work alongside clients to deliver innovative design solutions.Leadership: Actively foster strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional teams while taking a pastoral role to develop more junior team members.On‑trend: Stay up to date with latest trends and experiment with new approaches.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a design or art direction role working with global brands.Proven ability to manage complex creative projects from concept to completion.Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaign and digital design work.Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Experience in Art Direction, Motion and 3D are desirable.Project Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage, plan and deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines with demonstrable budget setting and management skills.Attention to Detail: A passion for design and craft, with strong knowledge of typography and brand expression.Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication with clients, and internal teams. Liaise with Clients and where appropriate, lead in pitches and presentations.
