The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, artistic sensibility, and technical expertise in creating high-quality 3D assets for various projects, including advertising, animation, and interactive experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign and create3D models , textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props.Develophigh-quality rendersand animations for visual presentations and final outputs.Collaborate withArt Directors, Designers, and Motion Graphics teamsto ensure consistency and alignment with project requirements.Optimize assets forreal-time applicationsand ensure efficient performance.Stay updated onindustry trends, tools, and techniquesto maintain cutting-edge quality.RequirementsProven experienceas a 3D Artist in advertising, gaming, or animation.Proficiency in3D softwaresuch as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.Strong knowledge oftexturing, lighting, and rendering engines(e.g., V-Ray, Redshift, Arnold).Familiarity withPBR workflowsand real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity).Excellentvisual storytellingand artistic skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Our Hogarth Values:Hands on No egos here.
