You will be empowered to:Master the Process:Maintain, customize, and optimize our SAP S/4HANA system for the entire Order to Cash (O2C) cycle. You’ll make it efficient, robust, and user-friendly. Connect the Dots:Manage complex integrations with External Warehouses and internal processes, including Freight management and Shipments (Create Wow). Drive Harmonization:Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize processes. You won't just maintain the status quo; you’ll design the future of our operations. Empower the Team:Act as atrustedBusiness Partner for Customer Service and Logistics. You’ll guide key users, provide 2nd level support, and lead workshops to share knowledge. Lead Change:Participate in major S/4HANA rollout projects, ensuring a seamless integration that supports our global growth.Who you areWe are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a business mindset. A SAP Specialist:You have a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and strong knowledge of SAP O2C processes (SD/LE modules). Proven experience inSAP S/4HANAis a must. An Integration Pro:You have experience with SAP integrations in the O2C domain, including IDOC and EDI. A Business Partner:You understand business processes and can translate technical concepts into solutions for logistics and customer service teams. An Analytical Thinker:You have strong planning and problem-solving skills. You spot improvements where others see routine. A Communicator:You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and thrive in a collaborative, international environment (Everyone Hero).
