Solutia Life Sciences (the recruitment division of Solutia) specializes in technical and middle-management profiles in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. Our client, a leader in particle analysis and pharmaceutical development, is looking for a Quality Technician to join their team and support their cutting-edge projects in drug substance and drug product characterization. What You'll Do: You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to critical activities in analytical development, quality control, and quality assurance. Here's a glimpse of what your role could involve: Quality Systems Documentation: Participate in the continuous improvement of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System, including SOP management, deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation. Analytical Development: Collaborate on method development, optimization, validation, and quality control analysis. Particle Characterization: Work on advanced studies of APIs and drug products, including size, shape, and other physico-chemical attributes. Continuous Improvement: Help implement Lean Lab tools and methodologies to enhance operational excellence. Audits Compliance: Assist in audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines. What You Bring to the Table: A degree in Pharmacy from a Spanish university (required). At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a GMP-certified lab. Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with particle characterization techniques (Laser Diffraction, DLS, Microscopy) is a plus. A proactive mindset, flexibility, and a collaborative attitude.
