Supply Production Planner


Reportando al Manager de Supply Chain de la Compañía y gestionando un equipo de programadores/aprovisionadores se responsabilizará de supervisar las actividades de planificación y programación de la producción y de asegurar la disponibilidad de producto acabado en España.


¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?


  • Velar por el desarrollo y mantenimiento de planes y calendarios de producción.
  • Gestionar al equipo de programadores/aprovisionadores de producción a cargo
  • Garantizar la optimización de la carga productiva en cada planta, el análisis de capacidades y restricciones y dinamizar las propuestas que permitan cumplir con la promesa al cliente en calidad, tiempo y coste.
  • Asegurar que se optimizan los niveles de ocupación y rendimiento de las plantas a corto, medio y largo plazo.
  • Colaborar con varios departamentos para mitigar la posible escasez de disponibilidad de producto.
  • Colaborar activamente en el desarrollo y evolución del módulo de planificación de la producción
  • Participar activamente en todos los proyectos del departamento, área o compañía donde se requiera.
  • Promover una cultura de mejora continua, gestionando los indicadores de su departamento y colaborando estrechamente con todos los departamentos (Garantía Calidad, Control de Calidad, Regulatory, Mejora Continua, Producción, Mantenimiento…).


¿Qué valoramos?


Estamos pensando en una persona con formación superior acorde a la posición y con experiencia sólida en planificación y programación de la producción y en garantizar la disponibilidad de producto en entorno productivo, siendo el sector farma/veterinario valorado muy positivamente. Es imprescindible un buen nivel de inglés y conocimientos de SAP y Excel. Buscamos una persona inquieta, dinámica, ordenada y con capacidad analítica y de comunicación.
