Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones. Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution. Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents. Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports. Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes. Follow established operational procedures for incident management. Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information. Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.Technical CompetenciesProficiency inServiceNowfor incident logging and prioritization. Experience with monitoring tools likeDatadog . Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux). Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools likeExcelorPower BI . Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks. Familiarity withITIL processes , particularly in incident, problem, and change management. Minimum B2 level of English required.Personal Skills Clear and precise communication with technical teams and end-users. Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in critical situations. A problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration. Strong ability to identify and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize operational impact. Effective collaboration with team members and other departments. Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and technologies. Anticipation of potential issues and proactive measures to prevent them.
