Business Analyst – Global BaaS & API Platforms (AI-Native DX) Location:Hybrid – Madrid 2 dias de presencial At SG Tech, we design and deliver high-impact digital solutions for global clients. We are currently looking for aSenior Business Analyst / Developer Experience–oriented profileto join aGlobal BaaS & API Platformsinitiative focused on building best-in-classdeveloper experiences. This role sits at the intersection ofAPI platforms, frontend engineering, and developer enablement, with exposure toAI-native tooling(which can be further developed during onboarding). Role Overview You will act as anowner of Developer Experience, helping internal and external developers easily discover, understand, test, and integrate APIs through modern portals, tooling, automation, and conversational support. The role is suited for amid–senior profilewith strong hands-on frontend and API platform knowledge. Experience with AI tooling is a plus, butnot a blocker. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintainAPI developer portalsusing Apigee Developer Portal, React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Ownsandbox and testing environmentsfor partners and internal teams (Postman collections, contract testing). Deliver developer-facing capabilities such as SDK generation (multi-language), API discovery, usage analytics, and monetization hooks. Automate documentation and changelog generation usingLLM-assisted tools, ensuring versioning and validation. Enableconversational developer supportvia ChatGPT Enterprise–based agents integrated into portals and collaboration tools. Build frontend tools for SLA tracking, telemetry, and API workflow visualization. Collaborate closely with platform, backend, and domain teams to deliver high-quality developer tooling. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure observability for DevEx services. Core Tech Stack React, Next.js, TypeScript Node.js (NestJS / Express), Python (FastAPI) Apigee Developer Portal Postman, Pact, JMeter, K6 Prometheus, ELK, Datadog GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI / Azure AI OAuth 2.1, OIDC, mTLS Required Skills Strong experience withReact, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. Hands-on exposure toAPI platforms and developer portals(Apigee preferred). Solid understanding ofOpenAPI, contract testing, and sandbox environments. Experience building tools for developers (portals, SDKs, documentation, automation).
