We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HSE Technician to join our team at Hitachi Energy. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across our operations in Europe, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting continuous improvement in HSE practices. Ensure compliance with Spanish legislation (Law 31/1995 and RD 39/1997) and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.Sea uno de los primeros solicitantes, lea la descripción completa del puesto a continuación y luego envíe su candidatura para que sea considerada.Manage HSE documentation, support internal and external audits, and prepare KPI and emergency response reports.Train and raise awareness among staff, with a focus on electrical safety, and monitor proper use of PPE on-site.Conduct site visits across Europe to ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy's HSE standards.Technical degree in Engineering or related discipline, plus a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (Advanced Level PRL valid in Spain).Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, ideally in electrical engineering or industrial environments.Strong English (B2 or higher), attention to detail, proactive hands-on attitude, and excellent communication skills.Experience collaborating with multi-skilled site teams and contractors, with a willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.
