Freelance End-to-End & Integration Business Analyst (CPQ – Oracle) - 100% Remote in EU Location:Barcelona (Hybrid / Remote options considered)Contract:Freelance / Contract (6 months contract with extension) The Opportunity:A leading global services organisation is executing alarge-scale end-to-end digital transformationto support rapid growth, new service offer launches, and enterprise-wide platform deployment.As part of this programme, they are engaging an experiencedFreelance End-to-End Business Analyst & Integration specialistto supportCPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) deployments integrated with Oracleacross services operations.This is ahands-on delivery rolewithin a global transformation programme, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and transformation leadership. Your Role You will take ownership of CPQ-related requirements and integrationsfrom business need through to technical delivery and go-live, ensuring seamless alignment between services processes and Oracle systems. You’ll operate within a structured transformation framework, contributing to country or stream-level deployments under central programme governance. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadend-to-end business analysisfor CPQ initiatives within ServicesGather, analyse, and document business requirements across: Pricing Configuration Quotation Service execution handover Translate business needs intofunctional specificationsfor Oracle CPQDesign and validatesystem integrationsbetween CPQ, Oracle ERP, CRM, and downstream execution systemsSupport UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams Ensure solutions align with global standards while accommodating local market needs Required ExperienceProven experience as aBusiness Analyst on CPQ implementationsStrong hands-on experience withOracle CPQ and Oracle ERP integrationsEnd-to-end delivery exposure: requirements → build → test → go-live Experience working inservices, industrial, or complex B2 B environmentsAbility to work autonomously in afast-paced, multi-stakeholder transformationNice to Have Experience in large-scaleglobal or multi-country deploymentsExposure to Services digital transformation programmes Understanding of pricing engines, configuration rules, and quote-to-cash flows Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent stakeholder communication skills Comfortable operating between business and technical teams Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Fluent in English Why Apply?Work on ahigh-impact global transformation programmeEngage as a trusted specialist in a critical CPQ / Oracle stream Long-term programme with potential for extensions Collaborative, senior-level environment with clear governance and delivery structure Interested?
