Freelance Art Director

OverviewCamping TV is a fast-growing video agency working with tech-driven companies to make B2B content bold, creative, and memorable. We are looking for a Freelance Art Director to support our client’s brand development and provide ongoing creative design expertise. We have a 4-day workweek. The OpportunityOur current key client is a fast-moving SaaS company developing new brand guidelines and seeking ongoing creative support across all brand touchpoints. Start freelance with an eye toward a long-term partnership as our relationship grows. Provide art direction and support for brand guideline implementation and evolution across digital assets and brand touchpoints. Oversee the creation of graphic design assets to ensure consistency with brand standards and guide brand evolution. Collaborate directly with our creative team and client stakeholders, presenting concepts and running creative reviews. Work closely with SaaS client stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual brand solutions. Support ongoing brand updates and design asset creation for digital-first B2B brands. What We're Looking ForStrong art direction experience with a focus on brand visual systems and graphic design Expertise in overseeing graphic design and brand identity development Experience developing and implementing brand guidelines for digital-first companies Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design and graphic design work for B2B and digital tech clients (ideally including SaaS brands) Proven experience with brand update and brand evolution projects Comfortable providing ongoing brand support and ensuring visual consistency Ability to guide and mentor design teams Eye for detail and ability to deliver polished, on-brand creative assets Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting concepts and running creative reviews with B2B and SaaS stakeholders Proven ability to collaborate with client teams and translate feedback into actionable creative direction Skills & QualitiesStrong art direction skills with focus on graphic design and brand design oversight Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines for digital-first B2B brands Proficiency in overseeing graphic designers to ensure brand consistency and guide brand evolution Experience with SaaS clients or B2B digital tech products and a clear passion for innovation Quick to learn and eager to contribute to brand visual development and evolution projects Comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment Excellent collaboration skills with creative teams and client stakeholders Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions Confidence in presenting creative concepts and leading review sessions with B2B and SaaS stakeholders Portfolio showcasing work with B2B and digital tech clients (ideally including SaaS brands) Diversity & InclusionAt Camping we believe thatdiverse teams drive creativity, innovation, and success .
