Desde HAYS estamos buscando un/aConsultor/a SAP HCM - Payroll(España) para participar en un proyecto estratégico de migración y creación de sociedades en SAP HCM, asegurando la correcta parametrización del esquema de nómina española y la integración de empleados en sus nuevas estructuras para una empresa multinacional líder en el sector energético. Descripción del puesto: Responsable de implementar y adaptar el módulo SAP HCM Payroll para España, garantizando la correcta configuración de nómina y procesos asociados.Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 4 años como consultor SAP Payroll España. Experiencia en creación de sociedades en SAP HCM. Conocimiento del esquema de nómina española. Parametrización de tablas y características para adaptación de empleados y nóminas.Funciones principales: Recopilar y analizar requerimientos relacionados con nómina española. Documentar especificaciones funcionales y técnicas para desarrollos y configuraciones. Configuración de esquemas y subesquemas PY-ES. Features y tablas de customizing (T5*, T7*). Ejecución de paralelos de cálculo mensual, retrocálculo y pagas extras. Creación y mantenimiento de reportes y formularios (PE51, HRForms). Migración y conversión de datos maestros en proyectos de implantación.Condiciones: Proyecto estable y de larga duración.
