Tu día a día ? Dar el pistoletazo de salida a experiencias verdaderamente memorables para los huéspedes con la más cálida de las bienvenidas. ? Reconocer a los miembros de IHG Rewards Club y a los huéspedes que regresan en persona o por teléfono ? Tomar, gestionar y recibir los pagos de las reservas de los huéspedes ? Hacer que el proceso de check-in y check-out sea rápido y fluido ? Estar un paso por delante de las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes para anticiparse a las peticiones y ofrecer recomendaciones a medida ? Ser el contacto de confianza de nuestros huéspedes: ayudar con todo, desde problemas con las facturas hasta recomendaciones de restaurantes. Qué esperamos de ti? Licenciatura en hostelería, administración de empresas o campo relacionado. Experiencia de más de 2 años trabajando en el departamento de recepción de un hotel. Español e inglés, idiomas adicionales serán altamente valorados. Proactivo, positivo, enérgico, dinámico, enfático, trabajador en equipo y con pasión por el servicio. Qué puedes esperar de nosotros?
