In this role you will shape ServiceNow Platform projects, business‑as‑usual (BAU) streams, and local development team.YOUR CHALLENGEProjects and Business as Usual (BAU) delivery oversightLocal Development Team CoordinationStakeholder ManagementQuality AssuranceRisk and Resource ManagementYOUR PROFILEStrong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions.Customer‑centric mindset with commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Ability to persuade and influence others to achieve desired outcomes aligned with team and organizational goals.Effective negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions and agreements.Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds, promoting an inclusive workplace.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure.At least 3 years as Scrum Master or equivalent role.At least 5 years as Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer a strong plus).Fluent in written and spoken English.We look forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
