Contamos con el apoyo de 4.000 trabajadores distribuidos en 6 países, operando en 13 unidades productivas y 3 centros de ingeniería para atender a más de 100 clientes.En Draxton Barcelona (Servicios Centrales), queremos incorporar a una persona que asuma el rol de Buyer.En esta posición te encargarás de garantizar el suministro ininterrumpido de productos, materiales y servicios para la planta, de acuerdo con los requisitos y las políticas del Grupo, con el fin de asegurar la fiabilidad y la calidad al coste óptimo. Esta posición está ubicada dentro del departamento de compras, y reportarás directamente al Purchasing Manager .Principales funciones:Gestionar la búsqueda, evaluación y homologación de ofertas, proveedores y alternativas para inversiones, materias primas y servicios. Negociar precios y plazos de entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos y políticas del Grupo. Emitir órdenes de compra en tiempo y forma, supervisar indicadores de calidad y resolver incidencias con proveedores y facturas. Controlar precios frente al presupuesto, elaborar planes de acción ante desviaciones y participar en la creación del presupuesto global y previsiones. Garantizar la implementación de requisitos ESG, mantener la documentación y la base de datos del ERP actualizada. Contribuir al cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad y ejercer el rol de Lead Buyer en las categorías asignadas.Para ser la persona seleccionada, necesitas:Graduado en Ingeniería. Inglés alto. Comunicación constante en inglés. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en una posición similar dentro del sector industrial. Capacidad de negociación.¿Qué te ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido en una empresa sólida y en crecimiento. Jornada completa, L-J entrada de 7h a 9h y salida de 17h a 18:30h. Viernes jornada intensiva. Modelo híbrido: 6 días de teletrabajo al mes.
